My name is Kylie Irvin, and I have been working at Country Kids Childcare for over two years. I have my EEC certification and a CDA credential certificate, which has made me become a lead teacher for all age groups within the center. I have been working in childcare for almost eight years and love it! It’s the most rewarding job that anyone could ever ask for. My passion is to observe each child’s development, document milestones, help them meet their goals, and watch them grow.

The things we teach our children today will last forever and help them progress into well-adjusted adults. I believe building a great relationship with the children and families is the most important building block for communication and openness and helps in each family’s adjustments into the community as a whole.

In my free time, I am a mom of two beautiful boys. They are my whole world and my biggest motivation, and teaching young children has truly helped me develop into the best mother I can be for them. I love making core memories with my children and my fiancé, Alex.
